I really enjoyed my visit. It was very encouraging. I felt cared about and what I was dealing with really matters. We talked about a lot of things that helped me change my thinking. We set a goal for me and it was super simple and easy. Since then I have worked on that goala lot. It has felt really good to do the little I have been doing rather than feel like I had failed at it again. I have actually accomplished a lot more then I thought I would. I am grateful
